Adding automated screw machines to improve production capacity.

Our company designed a dual-platform automatic screw machine for Nanjing Quanfeng Technology Co., Ltd., which greatly improved production capacity and saved labor costs. It used to take 4 minutes to manually tighten 11 screws on a product. With an automatic screw machine, as long as the product is placed on the tooling of the automatic screw machine platform, 11 screws can be tightened in 20 seconds. It not only improves speed but also saves labor costs.
